The EvolveFace 5T is a face recognition terminal with temperature detection and time and attendance function.
It is a versatile device that can be used in several ways.
1. This terminal can be used in three different operating modes: Temperature Detection only, Face Detection only or Face and Temperature Detection.
2. It can be used as a standalone device to check a user temperature. A user simply looks into the terminal and it will check if they have an abnormal temperature. If required the terminal has a volt free changeover relay output that can be used to sound an alarm, give an open command to a turnstile or door, or block a card reader.
3. It can be used as a standalone Face Detection access control device for controlling a door maglock or to give an open command to a turnstiles or gate using the output relay. A user would first need to register their face on the terminal in order to gain entry. Once registered on the terminal the user would simply look into the device, the terminal checks if it a registered face, if valid the output relay will trigger for a configurable time period between 1-200 seconds to allow entry.
4. It can be used as a standalone Face and Temperature Detection access control device for controlling a door maglock or to give an open command to a turnstiles or gate using the output relay. It operates the same as above but now also check the user for an abnormal temperature before allowing entry.
5. As well as the relay output the terminal can also be connected to an Access Control Unit (ACU) just like a normal card reader using the Weigand interface. When a user is registered onto the terminal you also assign their access control ID number.
If entry is allowed the terminal will output the users access control ID number to the ACU which in turn can trigger an open command to the turnstile or door.
6. Multiple terminals can be connected together using the TCP/IP interface.
